 Michael Q. Rogers is currently serving his first 3-year term as Vice-Chairman, Executive Vice President & Chief Operations Officer on the Board of Directors for Knots4Kids, Inc.
As an accomplished businessman and human resources leader, Rogers models and nurtures organizational excellence and offers a broad blend of business acumen and consulting expertise across several industries in both public and private sectors resulting in improved corporate performance.
A decorated veteran of the U.S. Navy, Rogers provided distinctive service in Desert Shield & Desert Storm and was recognized for exceptional leadership in personnel management, training and implementation of quality of life initiatives. Rogers is reputable for collaborating, navigating change and aligning people strategies with organizational goals.
In addition to his corporate associations, Michael is a Certified Mediator by the Supreme Court of Florida in the 4th Judicial Circuit, is a columnist and keynote speaker on career maintenance, employability and engagement strategies. He is a member of several professional organizations including the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), the American Institute of Parliamentarians (AIP) and is a lifetime member of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR).
