Efferem O. Williams, founder of Knots4Kids, Inc., serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. As a seasoned entrepruneur and business leader with over 15 years of experience, Efferem's expertise includes process improvement, management proficiency, corporate branding, and fashion merchandising. He is the Founder and President of Knotacess Neckwear (www.knotacess.com) and Knots4Kids, Inc. Efferem currently serves as Vice President of Jacksonville's University Club Young Executives. Most recently, Efferem was appointed Co-Founder and Vice President of the Florida Operations of The Black Foundation, an organization that focuses on educating, empowering, and preserving Historically Black Colleges (www.theblackfoundation.org). He is also a charter member and former Executive Vice President of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR) Jacksonville Chapter and is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. He holds a bachelor's degree in Health Administration from Knoxville College in Knoxville, Tennessee. Efferem was born and reared in Charleston, South Carolina and currently resides in Jacksonville, Florida. He is married to the former Valerie Miller and they share two children, Joy and Joshua. His artistic vision continues to guide development and charitiable realities.
